1. Nature of Service - The conversational spiritual care provided through MAYADEVA is strictly for peer-to-peer support, encouragement, and information sharing. This service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional therapeutic advice. The care provider is trained in spiritual care and Jyotish, but is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist. Using this service does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship. Therefore, this service must not replace professional diagnosis, treatment, medication, or clinical counseling.

2. Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) for General Understanding - Jyotish is used strictly to explore personality tendencies and cycles of time. The spiritual care provider does not predict future events, health outcomes, financial shifts, or major life milestones and will not respond to inquiries soliciting such predictions. Jyotish-based insights are meant solely for self-reflection and must never be treated as legal, financial, medical, or psychological counsel. The service user retains full free will, choice, and responsibility for their actions.

3. Information Accuracy - Service users must provide accurate rendered natal chart screenshots as Jyotish insights depend entirely on this data. MAYADEVA does not accept birth details including date, time, and location of birth to minimize the amount of personal information shared. 

4. User Conduct and Abuse Policy - MAYADEVA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit behavior toward the care provider. The spiritual care provider reserves the absolute right to terminate the session immediately, ban users from future use, or report extreme behavior to law enforcement if a user violates these behavioral boundaries.

5. Boundaries and Off-Platform Contact - The spiritual care provider operates strictly within the boundaries of online platforms associated with MAYADEVA Spiritual Care (Google Suite). No off-platform interactions are permitted.

6. Emergency and Crisis Situations - This is not a crisis hotline or an emergency intervention service. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or harm to others, you must contact emergency services or a dedicated crisis lifeline immediately. The spiritual care provider cannot intervene in life-threatening emergencies or dispatch emergency services to your location.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy Limitations - MAYADEVA values your privacy, but confidentiality is not absolute. The spiritual care provider may report information to authorities if they suspect immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, child abuse, or elder abuse. While MAYADEVA maximizes user privacy by avoiding direct personal data collection, third-party platforms (such as Google Suite) inherently capture standard account and connection metadata (e.g., e-mail and IP addresses).

8. Limitation of Liability - You choose to use this service entirely at your own risk. The spiritual care provider does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free. The spiritual care provider is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your actions following conversations associated with this service.

9. Age Restrictions - The service is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use this service and the care provider will terminate the session if a user appears to be underage. The service user confirms that they are 18 years of age or older by agreeing to the terms outlined here when booking a session.
